Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy

I hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your jewellery or you have received a faulty item, please see the policies below regarding the return, exchange or refund of your item.


If you would like to return an item I am happy to discuss an exchange up to 30 days from receipt of your order provided the item* is unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. 
*this does not apply to sale items


You have a right to return* an item you are unhappy with for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order provided the item is unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Please note Virya Jewellery does not refund postage and packaging charges, or any tax and duties payable outside of the EU.
XMAS RETURNS: I can accept returns on Christmas gifts until the end of January. Conditions of returns as described above.
SALE ITEMS: We can accept returns of sale items* for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order provided the item is unworn and in it's original condition. 


Postage costs of sending any product back to us falls with the customer.
Please package your product securely in it's original packaging or other appropriate packaging which will protect it. We advise to send your parcel with a tracked and insured service for your own protection, as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. 
Please email us at before posting any item back to me so I can process your request. Quote your name and address, details of product and reason for return. I will then advise on how to proceed.
I am unable to accept returns that have not been agreed prior to shipping.


Bespoke jewellery items or pieces with custom alterations that were made to order are also not entitled to a refund or exchange. Most items labeled as "Limited Edition" are also non-returnable. All of our 9ct and 18ct Gold pieces are made to order and are non-returnable or refundable.
